Super Fast Keto/Low-Carb Green Chile Chicken w/ Cream Cheese

This is a quick & really easy spin on something I saw on Pinterest from EatWell101.com. I wouldn't have thought to put green chile flavors together with cream cheese and it sounded really good. I made some twists based on what I had at my place.
What I used:
- Chicken from the salad bar (~4 oz.)
- Herdez Salsa Verde (2-3 tbsp)
- Philadelphia cream cheese (1-2 tbsp.)
- Red chili flakes (1 tsp)
- Ground cumin (a dash; tiny amount)
- Garlic spread (~1/2 tsp)
- Salt & pepper to taste
The actual recipe also uses an Instant Pot and I don't have one yet. :)
I just put it all in a bowl and then microwaved it for 75-90 sec. to heat everything up.
Then, I mixed it all together (below)
It's really good! It's really fast, uses easy-to-find ingredients and it is also keto-friendly and low carb. The dish has ~210 calories, 26.7 g Protein and 3 g of Carbs.
As I mentioned above, I would have never thought to put cream cheese and green chile flavors together. If you don't have salsa verde, you could substitute any salsa sauce you have on hand.
