Stuffed Poblano Peppers

This is a recipe I used as a side dish, but can also be an appetizer. I saw it on the Food Network app. The poblanos I found were big, so they looked like a good side dish to Filet Mignon.
Inside is bell peppers, onions, garlic powder, breadcumbs, some salt & pepper and other spices & things and melted fresh mozzarella on top. It's really yummy! I just made them in the toaster oven.
