Spinach and Feta Rugelach

This was inspired by Molly Yeh's recipe from "Girl Meets Farm" on the Food Network!

It's a savory take on rugelach, which is also called "Jewish croissant"; some typical flavors are chocolate or cinnamon. This aish.com website has some good information on it.

Today is the beginning of Hanukkah!

What I used:
- Pillsbury pie crust (thawed)
- Birds Eye Creamed Spinach
- Cream Cheese
- Garlic powder (not shown)
- Feta cheese
- Chopped Dried Onion
- Wing sauce (or Hot sauce)
I preheat the oven to 400 degrees. I just microwaved spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, Chopped Dried Onion, Wing sauce (few splashes) it for 1 min. Then I mixed it together.
I rolled out the pie crust. Then I spread the spinach mixture on it and sprinkled on some feta. I cut the circular pie into "pizza slices" or triangles and rolled each piece to for a nice little "croissant". Hers were all the same shape. Some of mine were bigger and others were smaller, haha! :)
Then I baked them until they were golden brown.
They are really tasty! It's spinach dip, feta in a little croissant. Give it a try! We are good at this!
