Soy Miso Noodles w/ Shrimp, Mushroom, & Leeks

Here's a quick Soy Miso sauce I came up with that I put on a noodle salad. It tastes good warm right after you make it, but the flavors will develop if you leave it on for longer. And it tastes good on a cold noodle salad. For example, you can make the night before and have it for lunch the next day or you can make a bunch and have some leftovers. :)
What I used:
- Annie Chun's Pad Thai Noodles
- Soy Sauce
Here I added in some:
- Shrimp, mushroom, and leeks
For one bowl of noodles (which is 1/4 pack of this box):
1/2 teaspoon of miso
1 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of water
Microwave for 30 seconds. If miso not completely dissolved, mash it up and mix together. Then just pour it onto the noodles or your dish. You can also add it chicken or shrimp etc.
