Sausage & Chicken Pizza Tart
This is just a quick post to class up your everyday pizza or to make a quick fun appetizer. :) I make them for myself for lunch or dinner, but you can also easily make a bunch of them for a cocktail party and ball on a budget. Haha. :)
You can use pie crust instead of pizza dough and it becomes a tart.
Here I just put traditional pizza toppings (some Rotisserie chicken & some cooked Italian sausage), tomato sauce & some mozzarella cheese to a Pillsbury pie crust. I baked it at 400 degrees for 12 min.-15 min. or until golden brown. And voila! You have a tart!
