Roasted Brussel Sprouts in a Muffin Pan


This is #3 of 4 in the "Brussel Sprouts - 4 Ways!" series. This is just a quick tip to make your roasted brussel sprouts even crispier.

You can just cook your brussel sprouts according to your normal roasted brussel sprouts recipes and then put them in a muffin pan rather than on a baking sheet.

- Spray the muffin pan with cooking spray/cover with oil.


[If you don't have a roasted brussel sprout recipe, you can just put them in a 400 degree oven with salt & pepper or if you want you can coat them with butter.]


I did this because I ran out of baking sheets because I was cooking lots of different things on Christmas, but it actually turned out to be a good thing. :)


Why a muffin pan?

You get more crispiness to your roasted brussel srpouts because more of the surface area of the brussel sprouts are in contact with the hot metal muffin pan. :)
