Prosciutto and Fresh Mozzarella Pizza
This is a quick snack, appetizer, lunch/dinner -- depending on how big you make it. Haha! :) I used some slices of Prosciutto and Fresh Mozzarella (& Fresh Basil) Roll on it! It gave the perfect ratio of cheese to prosciutto! It was also easy to make the pizza; you just cut some slices and put it on.
I posted about them yesterday; typically you just eat it with some bread or crackers.
What I used:
- Wewalka pizza crust (Bistro style)
- Prego tomato sauce
- Murray's Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto, and Fresh Basil.
- Kraft shredded Mozzarella (can never have too much cheese, haha! :) )
This is what the package looks like and here are some slices. I put a few of these little spiral rolls on the pizza and filled in some areas with shredded cheese too.
I baked it at 425 degrees for 12-14 min. Ta da!
Cheesy and yummy! The little spiral rolls melt and spread out and become the perfect ratio of prosciutto to fresh mozzarella ratio!
Yum! Really good! And so easy!
Give it a try! We are good at this!
