This is a gallery of different ways I've cooked potatoes to give you some ideas. Some of them have potatoes as a component of a dish, others as a side dish and some of them are entrees featuring potatoes. I will add more as I cook them. :)

I think potatoes get a bad rap. They are cheap, filling and healthier than you think.
There are lots of different kinds of potatoes and different kinds are good for different types of recipes.
