This is a gallery of pizzas I've made to give you some ideas. You can use what is in your fridge to make all different kinds of pizza inspired by different international cuisines.

Btw, I cooked these shrimps the day before this pizza was made. I didn't reheat the shrimp. I just put them on from out of the fridge. I didn't reheat the shrimps because that would overcook them and make them tougher; I prefer the texture to be good. It doesn't bother me that they are cold compared to the rest of the food. I also do this with meat like beef or pork. If I'm eating leftovers, a lot of times I prefer to eat them cold because microwaving them or reheating it can make it tough.

Greek-inspired pizza with shrimp, spinach, artichoke, feta, mozzarella and marinara

I got a little artichoke and feta from the salad bar at the grocery store. That's one of the little tricks I wrote about before.


BBQ Chicken (Rotisserie chicken) pizza with cheddar and spinach

I used a little BBQ sauce instead of marinara for the sauce.
