Pasta with Goat Cheese and Herbs
This is loosely inspired by a Geoffrey Zakarian recipe I saw on Food Network app. I mostly just thought the idea of using goat cheese for pasta as kind of the sauce was interesting. In his recipe (link), you can see he uses fresh herbs and goat cheese.
I found this goat cheese that is wrapped in herbs, so I decided to use that one because it's easier.
What I used:
- Barilla protein pasta
- Vermont Creamery Herb Goat Cheese
After I cook the pasta and drained it, I just add chunks of the goat cheese and mixed it around.
It's really simple, but good and another use for goat cheese. You can also add other meat or veggies if you would like.
