Mushroom Leek Chicken (Rotisserie Chicken)
This is an easy way to dress up rotisserie chicken. You could also make it with raw chicken. What is shown here is with rotisserie chicken.
What I used:
- Sour Cream
- Garlic Powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
I sauteed the mushrooms and leeks. These were batch prepped. A lot of times, I will batch prep different vegetables or even meat and use it in different recipes. It makes it easier for meal prep.
With the cooked mushroom and leeks, I added some sour cream and garlic powder. I also added salt & pepper to taste. Then I mixed it all together and topped the chicken.
It is a really tasty creamy sauce without any guilt too!
