Mini Stuffing Cake / Bundt Cake Day

Mini Stuffing Cakes are a fun way to eat stuffing and portion it out! Not only is it cute, but it is good for #quarantinelife because everybody can have an individual serving (or two, haha! :) ) and it's not from a communal dish. And you get ore crispy edges too!
I used a silicone mini Bundt Cake pan to make these cute mini stuffing cakes. It's Bundt Cake Day!

What I used:
- Stovetop stuffing
- Cooking
- Mini Bundt cake silicone pan**
- Baking sheet
** If you don't have a mini Bundt cake, you could use a muffin tin.
I preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Meanwhile I made the stuffing on the stove; it took 2 minutes.
Then I generously sprayed the silicone pan with cooking spray
Next I spooned the stuffing into each compartment and patted it down a little to be compact.
Then I put it in the oven and baked it in the compartments for ~10 minutes.
Next I flipped the silicone pans and then the little cakes popped out! You could eat them here!
I baked them out of the pan for 10 min. at 400 degrees, so they could get a nice curst and crispy on the outside!
Here they are! :)
Give it a try! We are good at this!
