Meatball-Stuffed Biscuits

This is a yummy meal or appetizer I saw on Girl Meets Farm on the Food Network! It looked yummy! It's good hearty snack or meal for cold days when there is a polar vortex or any other day! Haha!

What I used:
- Pre-made meatballs (@ Kroger)
- Pillsbury biscuits
- Parmesan cheese
- Panko bread crumbs
- Garlic powder
- Marinara sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Chili Flakes
- Olive oil
The bread crumbs are for panko parmesan crust on top.
There were 6 jumbo meatballs (3 oz. each) and 8 biscuits. I wanted to make 9 & 9, so it would look nice and all match up. I just took a chunk from each other meatballs to make 9 meatballs. I also took a small piece from each of the biscuits to make a 9th biscuit.
I cooked the meatballs pretty much all the way through, so when they were in the oven, I only had to worry about the dough cooking.
I put a meatball and 1/2" chunk of cheese in each of the dough pieces and then put it in the baking tray (this is a 9" square) with the seam side down.
Then I covered them with a mixture of a little oil, parmesan, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder and chili flakes.

I baked it for 10-15 min. at 400 degrees! Serve it with some marinara on the side! Yummy!
Give it a try! We are good at this!
