Marshmallow Fluff Fondant (2-ingredients!)
Updated: Aug 29
I typically use marshmallows to make fondant. I had Marshmallow fluff around, so I decided to see if it would work.
Here is the link to 3-ingredient marshmallow fondant post (marshmallows, a little water, and powdered sugar)
Before I put the Marshmallow fluff in the container, I sprayed it, so the fondant wouldn't stick to the container.
Since marshmallow fluff is stickier and more "liquid-y" than marshmallows, I didn't add any water or microwave it. I just added powdered sugar and stirred it together. Then I molded it and sculpted it with my hands as I typically do with the marshmallow fondant. It worked!
It has a softer, more malleable texture than traditional marshmallow fondant. If you have marshmallow fluff around and want to make some fondant, it works! There aren't that many uses for Marshmallow fluff, so this is a good little trick.
Give it a try! We are good at this!
