Let's Go: Inspired by 6-Sided Cream Garlic Bread (Korean Street Food)
Updated: Aug 26, 2020

This 6-Sided Cream Garlic Bread, a Korean street food from this Yummy Boy YouTube video looked really pretty -- like a flower. It also looked tasty; it's a soft roll cut into 6 pieces with garlic butter and cream cheese. I wanted to make a version inspired by it using the artisan rolls I made (see link).
The artisan rolls are more crusty than the soft rolls in the video, but I thought it would still taste good! I also planned to use less butter and cheese. Haha! :)

What I used:
- 1 roll (a plain soft dinner roll would work well here)
- a little melted butter
- Garlic powder (not shown)
- Cream cheese
I cut the roll, so there were 6 sides -- 3 slices in different directions. I melted a little butter and garlic powder together in the microwave and poured it in the middle. (In the video, they dunk the rolls in a vat of butter. Haha. :) )

I softened the cream cheese (~1 tablespoon) in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, so it could spread easily. Then I added it to the roll.
That's it!
Here is the 6-sided garlic cream roll by itself and with my breakfast. While I ate it with breakfast, it can be a side for lunch or dinner too. It's a fun easy presentation of rolls to try! The look like flowers. :)
Give it a try! We are good at tthis!
