Keto/Low-Carb Pepperoni Pizza (3-Ingredients!)

This is a way you can eat pepperoni pizza without carbs! It fast & easy -- takes 2-3 minutes to prep & make!
Instead of dough, the base is a parmesan crisp or frico. It is larger than the frico or parmesan "crisps" / "chips" that I have written about before. (The small ones also taste good -- especially with spinach dip; check it out.)
- Shredded Parmesan cheese (~2-3 tablespoons for this size)
- Marinara Sauce
1.) Using a non-stick pan, on medium/medium high, put your shredded parmesan in the pan.
2.) Put 3 pepperoni pieces on the cheese.
3.) Wait ~60 seconds until the bottom is golden brown.
4.) Flip the "pizza" to melt/brown the other side for ~60 seconds.
5.) Add 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce.
** Not shown in the picture above - because it looks better (haha!), but adding the marinara sauce makes it taste more like pizza in 1 bite. :)
