Keto/Low-Carb Broccoli Floret Cheddar Crisp (2-ingredients!)

This is a beautiful really easy 2-ingredient appetizer that tastes good, is keto & low-carb and has some fresh veggies too.
June 16 is Fresh Veggies Day!
Broccoli and cheddar are a traditional pairing and usually people have it as Broccoli Cheddar soup. This is a crisp variation.
It's similar to parmesan crisps / frico that I have written about before, except we use shredded cheddar here.
I've found with cheddar, you need to use the oven to make crisps. With parmesan cheese, you can make "chips" on the stove or in the oven. Both of these methods are described in my book with detailed photo instruction sections.

- Shredded cheddar
- Broccoli (fresh broccoli here; if you use frozen broccoli, make sure you use paper towels to dry them off after you defrost them.)
Steps / Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.) On a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil with some cooking spray/oil, then put little piles of about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar about 1 inch apart as shown in the photos.
3.) In the middle of the each pile of cheddar, put a little piece of a broccoli floret.
4.) Then back for 6-8 minutes.
That's it! They look so pretty and pretty much without any work! Give it a try! We are good at this!
