Keto / Low-Carb "Crack" Chicken

Don't worry; there's no crack cocaine in it! Haha! :) "Crack chicken" = bacon, cheese and cream cheese. Haha! :) This was inspired by different Keto / Low Carb Crack Chicken I saw on Pinterest. I made a small individual portion.
I made this in the oven, but if you have pre-cooked bacon and prefer it or are short on time, you could make it in the microwave. You can check out this post for specific microwave instructions for a similar dish.
What I used:
- Shredded baked chicken breast (rotisserie chicken, shredded chicken, or even shelf-stable chicken as I have mentioned before)
- Bacon (2 pieces - I had already cooked them)
- Cream cheese (~1 oz.)
- Shredded Sargento cheddar (~2 tablespoons)
- Hidden Valley Ranch powder (~1 teaspoon)
I preheat oven to 350 degrees and add everything to foil packet.
Then I just baked it for ~15 min. for everything to get warm and soft and melt-y.
