Iowan Pizza: Pork, Bacon and Corn Pizza!

This was inspired by a pork, bacon & corn pizza from Ferinheit's Wood Oven Pizza (ferinheit.com) out of Norwalk, Iowa that I saw on Carnival Eats on the Cooking Channel! It looked really good! Pork in 2 ways -- you can't go wrong there! Haha! :) Anyways, Ferinheit is a a food truck / catering business; if you're in Iowa or wherever they are, check them out!

What I used:
- Pillsbury pizza dough
- Salsa verde
- Sour cream
- Cream cheese
- Frozen Corn
- Pork (I had made in batches before)
- Bacon
- MOzzarella
I added some sour cream, cream cheese chunks, salsa verde, and frozen corn (just frozen from the freezer), pork, bacon and cheese to the pizza dough. Then I baked it.
Note: The pork was already cooked, so really it was just about getting the dough cooked and cheese melt-y.
Yum! It's really good and I definitely wouldn't have thought to put these things on a pizza together! It's very Iowa -- Pork and Corn! And as I said before, you can't go wrong with pork in 2 ways -- you can't go wrong there! Haha! :)
Give it a try! We are good at this!
