Ham Pizza with Mozz and Blue Cheese / Leftover Ham Series #3
This is the 3rd post in the Leftover ham series after I made a big spiral ham.
I decided to add some blue cheese for funk, which I thought would add some nice funkiness. I added some shredded mozzarella for its melti-ness!
What I used:
- Pillsbury pizza dough
- Kroger Spiral ham (cut into pieces) - Kraft Mozzarella
- Roth Blue Cheese
- Prego Tomato Sauce
- Parsley (garnish)
I baked the dough for 5-7 min. at 400 degrees. Then I added cheese and toppings etc. for a few more minutes to get things melt-y and warm.
