Ham Fried Rice / Leftover Ham Series #2

This is the 2nd post in leftover ham series after I made this big Hasselback ham for Easter weekend.

This is Ham Fried Rice!
I made it similar to the way that I have made fried rice before -- with Oyster sauce actually.
What I used:
- Cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- Oyster sauce (1 1/2 tablespoon or 2 tablespoons)
- Ham cut into small pieces.
- vegetable oil
- parsley (garnish)
I took some oil and warmed it up on the stove. Then I took the ham pieces and got them browned a bit for some caramalizations. Then I put the rice in there.
I added in some Oyster sauce. Lastly I moved the rice to the side and then cracke the eggs into the pan and cooked them.
I added some parsley for garnish.
Fried Rice is a good way to clean up your fridge with leftovers as I mentioned before.
