Frozen PB&J Bites!

Peanut Butter & Jelly in a fun bite-sized frozen form! It's also low-carb, haha! :) It can be an appetizer or snack or even a dessert. It's very easy to make! It's also a creative way to eat PB&J for Creativity Day!
All it takes is peanut butter & jelly! I used a silicone mold, but you could also use a muffin tin.

What I used:
- Peanut Butter
- Cooking spray / oil
- Silicone Mold
1.) Take your silicone mold and coat the compartments you want to use with cooking spray or oil.
-- This helps them pop out of the mold after freezing.
-- If you are using a muffin tin, you could try using paper cupcake cups -- I didn't do this. I would coat those with cooking spray/oil too.
2.) Put a little peanut butter in the mold.
3.) Put a little jelly on top of the peanut butter and then top again with more peanut butter.
- Then you have jelly encased with peanut butter. :)
- What is at the top of the mold is actually the bottom of your bite.
4.) Put in the freezer to freeze for at least a couple hours -- until frozen solid.
- I just left them in there while I was sleeping. You can't mess up and leave them in there too long; they will just be frozen.
5.) Pop them out of the mold and eat!
To the right is what they look like frozen coming out of the freezer.
You have to eat them fast! Once they warm up, the peanut butter will start to soften and melt, like ice cream.
