Fried Egg + Chicken Tikka Masala Bowl

This is an idea for your frozen Chicken Tikka Masala meal or leftover Chicken Tikka Masala. Everything tastes better with a fried egg on top!

How do you like your eggs? :)

What I used:

- Sukhi's Kitchen Chicken Tikka Masala

- Fresh garlic (had some garlic around) and it can brighten things up

- Egg

- Oil

Since I was using fresh garlic (you could leave it out if you want), then I sauteed it first to soften and release the flavors.

I mixed the Chicken Tikka Masala together with the rice and I warmed it up on the stove in the pan -- with the garlic.

It's already tasty here at this step and you could just eat it. :) If you are not making a fried egg, you could try it all in the microwave. I wrote a post about softening garlic in the microwave.


Since I was planning to put a fried egg on top, then I warmed it up in the pan and then took it out and then made the fried egg last.

Here it is with the egg and look at that yolk!
