This is something I experimented with -- I love cheese! It's essentially like grilled cheese without bread! It's super easy to make! And you get crispy outside and some meltiness on the inside. I made more before I took these photos, but I ate them before I remembered to take the pictures. Haha! :)
NATIONAL CHEESE DAY
Moooove over whiners! June 4 is National Cheese Day!
- You need a melt-y cheese, but one that is more on the hard side of semi-soft or semi-hard -- I used cheddar (just learning about different types of cheese :) ) like cheddar, gouda, gruyere. I don't know maybe mozzarella or something like that would work. :)

Supplies: Nonstick pan
1.) Cut cheese into about 1/2 inch / 1 cm or 3/4 inch / 1.5 cm cubes. To get both textures, you need the cheese to be big enough that when you heat it, it doesn't completely melt and crisp up instantaneously.
2.) Turn nonstick pan on medium/medium-high
3.) Put cheese in nonstick pan for 15-30 sec. until the outside crisps up, then flip them. It is really quick! If you leave them in too longer, they will melt and crisp up -- which is fine, but you don't get the 2 textures (crispiness and meltiness.)
