Eggs: No Mess Quick & Easy Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Here is a quick and easy recipe for fluffy scrambled with no mess!
You can do it all in one pan. You don't even need an extra bowl.
I think I may have read this recipe on the internet awhile back, but I don't think the no mess part.
- Butter (just a tiny bit)
- Spatula or spoon
1.) Turn your pan on to low or low-medium.
- Keeping the heat low is the key to fluffy eggs.
2.) Add butter to the pan.
- For 1 egg, I added 1/2 pat or less than 1/2 pat of butter.
3.) Crack the egg into the pan and whisk using a spatula or spoon.
4.) Keep whisking until the egg is cooked to your liking - maybe 1 or 2 minutes.
That's it! We are good at this!
I added some Roquefort cheese and you can see I snuck in some spinach too. :)
For even less mess, you could eat directly out of the pan. :)
