Easy Stuffing Meatloaf
This is a super easy and tasty way to make meatloaf that I got from my brother. He thinks he might have gotten it from a Stovetop box; he's not sure. Haha! :)
Instead of breadcrumbs, you just use Stovetop stuffing or another stuffing mix. The benefit of this is that the it is already seasoned, so it's easy and you don't have to worry about spices.
This is for 1 pound of ground meat (ground turkey is shown here and also ground beef is shown below)
What I used:
- 1 pound of ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 box of Stovetop Stuffing (My brother uses 1 whole box)
-1/2 cup of mirepoix (celeries, carrots, onions - optional; I forgot to get this stuff when I made it to these times.)
- Heinz Ketchup on top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
You just mix it all together and form a loaf!
Bake for about 45 minutes or so. Cover with ketchup!
So easy and tasty! The prep time takes 1 minut.
