Easy Stuffed Mushrooms
Updated: Aug 25, 2020
This is something easy I made with the mushrooms from the veggie skewers. I love stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and usually we eat them for cocktail parties, but you can have them everyday. :)
I used some sausage, but if you don't like it or are vegetarian then you could leave that out and fill it with whatever you want.
Taking apart the veggie skewers left me with 4 mushrooms, which was the right size for a snack for myself. :)
What I used:
- 4 mushrooms
(I took off the stems and cut them into little pieces for part of the filling for the mushrooms.)
- Parmesan cheese
- Bread crumbs (for some crustiness & texture on top)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Steps / Instructions:
1.) I preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2.) I took out the mushroom stems and I cut them up into little pieces.
3.) I mixed the mushroom stems, with some sausage, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper in a bowl.
-- You can use raw or cooked sausage. The sausage will cook in the oven.
4.) I filled the mushrooms and put some bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on top.
5.) I put them in the oven for 10-15 min.
Yummy! Give it a try! We are good at this!
