Easy Roasted Brussels Sprout Leaves (Healthy Potato Chip Alternative)

This is an easy & healthy alternative to potato chips or an alternative to kale chips (I think. I've never had them, haha :) )
My Mom & I always liked the crispy outside leaves of roasted brussel sprouts, so I thought, "Why not just cook more of the leaves?" :)
This is #2 of 4 in the "Brussel Sprouts - 4 Ways" Series:
#1 was Brussel Sprouts Latkes

Ingredients: Brussel sprout leaves & cooking spray/oil (for baking sheet). Optional: salt & pepper and lemon juice
Steps/Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.) Take the outer leaves off of the brussel sprouts.
-- We did this while we were watching TV. You can do this the day before, store them in a Ziploc bag and then bake the next day.
2.) Put some foil on a baking sheet and spray it with cooking spray or put some oil.
3.) Put your brussel sprout leaves on the foil (and optional: sprinkle w/ salt & pepper)
4.) Bake for about 7-10 minutes or until crispy.
-- If some are a little brown, they taste fine & are crispy.
5.) Eat with your hands like potato chips! (Optional: Sprinkle with some lemon juice for a nice little acid kick.)
That's it! Give it a try! We are good at this!
