Easy Infused Butter Biscuits

This is more about the idea that you can use infused butter and it infuses your biscuits with flavor without doing anything! It tastes so good! I got some infused butter at Kroger with Garlic, Parmesan, and Basil flavoring with the idea just to eat it, but also to try it in biscuits and cooking!

The recipe is for a very mini-batch of 2 biscuits, but you can also use infused butter in your existing biscuit recipes!

What I used:

- 3/4 cup of flour

- 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1 1/2 tablespoon of Kroger Premium Collection Garlic, Parmesan, Basil butter (in 1/2 inch chunks of cold butter)

- 1/4 cup of sour cream

- 1/4 cup of milk

- pinch of salt

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. You want to mix the dough with your hands until the butter is slightly smaller or pea-sized.

(I like rustic style kind of like drop biscuits, but you could roll them and use a biscuit cutter too.)

Note: If your dough seems too wet or more like batter than dough; add some more flour until it resembles the photo.

If you batter is too dry, add a little more milk or sour cream until you get the dough consistency you like.

I baked them at 350 degrees for about 18-20 min.

Here they are! You can't tell by looking at them (haha! :) ), but they are infused with the flavored butter! So good!
