Easy Foccacia

I've been into the #quarantinebaking trend, but foccacia seemed hard to make (haha!), so when I saw this foccacia in a canister from Kroger, I decided to try it!

What I used: - Kroger Italian Herb foccacia dough canister
- Butterknife (to poke holes)
- Bertolli Olive Oil (not shown)
- Italian Seasoning herb mix (not shown)
Sandwich
- Pulled pork
- Bird's Eye creamed spinach
- Cream cheese (1 oz.)
- Private Collection Fig Glaze)
Pretty much all you have to do is roll it out and bake it. I poked holes and drizzled olive oil as on the package. The dough has Itlaian ehrbs in it, but I added some extra for flavor. Then I baked it at 400 degrees. That's it!
Here it is after baking! So good! Give it a try! We are good at this!

I decided to make a sandwich out of it. I used some pulled pork that I had made, creamed spinach, and cream cheese. I microwaved it for ~1 min. 15 sec to 1 min. 30 sec. I mixed it together. Then I drizzled some Fig Glaze on top for some acid and a little sweetness.
Really easy and yummy!
The bread tastes really good.
Give it a try! We are good at this!
