Cookies without Flour or Eggs #2 (Tip: 2 Kinds of Cookies from the Same Batch)
Updated: Aug 24, 2020
Here is another yummy cookie recipe and this cookie recipe is also made without flour or eggs. There is also a quick tip on how to make 2 kinds of cookies from the same batch: chocolate chip and cinnamon/snickerdoodle. One time of work & setup and 2 kinds of cookies! :)
Ingredients (Yield: ~16 cookies):
1 1/2 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup butter
2 tablespoons of corn syrup
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
3/8 cup of brown sugar
1/2 batch mini chocolate chips
1/2 batch - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1.) You mix together and cream the butter and sugars (granulated sugar and brown sugar) for a couple minutes.
2.) Mix in the Bisquick and corn syrup.
3.) Tip: To make 2 different types of cookies from the same batch, I split the batch in half and put mini chocolate chips in half and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. This works for any of your chocolate chip cookie dough recipes -- before you add the chocolate chips. :) One time of work & setup and 2 kinds of cookies! :)
4.) Form cookies and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper & cookie spray. (These cookies were about 1" dough balls about 2 inches apart.)
5.) Bake for about 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees until they are golden brown.
They will seem soft to the touch and not cooked when you take them out of the oven.
6.) Allow them to cool at least 5-10 minutes or so before eating.
These were the cookies I used to make the Ice Cream Sandwiches. Check out that post.
That's it! Give it a try! We are good at this!
