Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom Pot Pie w/ Biscuit Topping

I was scanning the Food Network app and they had a traditional pot pie with a homemade biscuit topping. I decided to do a spin on that.

I decided to use Bisquick biscuits for the biscuit toppings


What I used:

- Rotisserie chicken (shredded)

- Bird's Eye Creamed Spinach

- Mushrooms (already cooked)

- Heluva Good Frenchn Onion Dip

- Minced garlic

- Fresh Rosemary

- Bisquick cheese garlic biscuits.

I added some pieces of shredded chicken, creamed spinach (frozen), mushrooms and a couple tablespoons of Heluva Good French Onion Dip to the ramekin. I found some minced garlic and fresh rosemary in the fridge, so I added them too to amp up the flavor. :)

Then I microwaved it for 1 1/2 to 2 min. just to make sure the filling was warm.

Then in a separate bowl, I added the water to the Bisquick mix. Then I spooned some biscuit mix batter on top of the bot pie and baked it!

Here it is! Yummy Chicken Pot Pie with biscuit topping! Give it a try! We are good at this!
