Chicken Artichoke Tomato Melt / Dip

You can eat this tasty dish alone as a low carb dish or as a spread on tortilla chips or crackers! This is more about the idea about what to eat. You might have all these things around in your kitchen and not think to put them together.
The quickest way to cook everything is to microwave everything. If you have the time, if you use your stove & oven and take a few extra minutes, then it will taste even better -- like you've been cooking it for 1 hour or 2.
This is a small individual portion. You could make a bigger portion.
What I used:
- Valley Fresh Chicken
- Sundried Tomatoes
- Artichoke hearts
- Shredded cheddar
- Spinach flakes
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
As in any other recipe on here, feel free to substitute what you like and fresh ingredients.
Steps / Instructions:
If you are microwaving, just put everything into a dish and microwave for 1 1/2-2 min. :) With the stove and oven; it takes about 10-15 min.
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. (Optional - skip if you are microwaving.)
2.) Cut up & Brown / crisp up artichoke, hearts in some butter or oil
3.) Add artichokes, chicken, sun dried tomatoes, spinach flakes / spinach and cheese to dish.
4.) Put in oven for ~5 min to melt cheese.
5.) Optional: put on HI broil for a few minutes for cheese to get brown and crunchy.
As mentioned above, you can eat it alone for a low carb option or you can eat it as a dip / spread with tortilla chips or crackers. Give it a try! We are good at this! :)
