Cheesy Mushroom Quiche
This is a cheesy quiche with mushrooms! It has 3 cheeses in it: blue cheese, cream cheese and provolone!
Quiches are nice because you can eat them out of the oven, room temp or cold.
They are tasty any time, but if you have a bunch of eggs left and you think they might expire, then you can throw a quiche together really quickly.
What I used:
- Pillsbury Pie Crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of condensed milk
- ~3-4 oz. of cream cheese in chunks
- ~3 oz. of blue cheese
- ~3 oz. of provolone (torn into pieces)
- 1/2 cup of sauteed mushrooms
I let the pie crust thaw and I mixed the eggs and milk together. I put foil in the bottom of the pie pan to make cleanup easier.
I rolled out the pie crust onto the foil + pie pan. Then I poured the eggs+milk mixture. I took chunks of cream cheese and spread it around. Then I spread some blue cheese and pieces of provolone around.
I sprinkled some mushrooms around on top.
Then I baked it for about 1 hour at 400 degrees.
Here it is! Give it a try! We are good at this!
