Cheesy Chicken Tikka Masala Fries ( / TV Dinner Day)

This was inspired by something I saw from Maneet Chauhan on DDD on the Food Network! I think it's called Tandoori Chicken Poutine on the Chauhan Ale & Masala House menu -- check it out if you're in Nashville! I decided to make a version of it with a Sukhi's Chicken Tikka Masala frozen dinner I had.

Sept. 10 is TV Dinner Day! And this is a creative use of a TV dinner. Haha! :) I like to use frozen meals or actually any ingredient in different ways. I think because I watch shows like GGG or Chopped where they use ingredients in different ways! :) It makes it really fun!

Here are some tasty looking foods I made from frozen meals with a couple hacks. :)

Cheese-Encrusted Philly Cheesesteak

Buffalo Chicken & Blue Cheese Nuggets / (Tip: Making Frozen Nuggets Taste Fried)

What I used:

- Sukhi's Chicken Tikka Masala

- Fries

- Mozzarella

I baked the french fries. While they were in there, I microwved the meal.

Then I put the fries in a dish, added the Chicken Tikka Masala on top and then added some mozzarella and baked it for a few minutes until the cheese melted.

That's it! It's so good! The Chicken Tikka Masala tastes good with the crispy fries and the cheesiness!

Give it a try! We are good at this!
