Cheddar Meatloaf Roll / Cheddar Day

Say Cheese, Please -- or Cheddar! :) It's Cheddar Day! This is an easy Cheddar Meatloaf Roll. It's like having a meatloaf sandwich all in one or even sort of like a meatloaf welling with EXTRA CHEDDAR! It has cheddar inside and outside! Haha! :) It's a great thing to do with leftover meatloaf or burgers.
Feb. 13 is Cheddar Day!

What I did:
- 2 slices of meatloaf Kroger Bacon & Cheese Meatloaf (bake in the tray)
- Pillsbury Crescents (1 canister)
- Tillamook Cheddar
I didn't tear apart the crescents; I left it as a sheet. If you would like, you could dry pizza dough for a different type of bread on the outside. :)
Then I put 2 slices of meatloaf down and then I covered them with cheddar.
I closed it up by folding the sides in and then I flipped it, so this seam is on the bottom and not top. I baked it for 10 min. and then I added more cheese on top and baked it for 2-3 minutes.
This is it with the seam down. It's okay that there is a hole from the perforated edges; it's a steam vent.

Ta da! Here are some more pictures! It's really cheesy and yummy!
Give it a try! We are good at this!
