Can I Make "Taco Rolls"?

I saw this from Old El Paso on Pinterest and it looked cute and tasty! Like a cinnamon roll, but a taco! To mix up Taco Tuesday or as a snack or appetizer!
I just made a small version for myself, which actually resulted in mini-size rolls. Haha! :)

What I used:
- ~1/6 or 1/4 of Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- ~ 4 oz. of ground beef (Omaha Steak patty, which I used to make ground beef as I wrote about in the post; link)
- Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
- Sargento 4-Cheese Mexican Blend
- Daisy Sour Cream (not shown; for dipping)
I actually didn't end up using the mozzarella; I had enough shredded cheese.

I browned the meat with some Old El Paso Taco Seasoning.
In the recipe, they use a whole canister of pizza dough. Since I was making a smaller version for myself, I just used a butterknife and cut a smaller rectangle off for this. As I mentioned before, when I make pizza or other things, then I usually just tear off a piece because it doesn't matter and it looks more "handmade," haha! :)
Here, I needed an exact rectangle to make the rolls so I cut it off with a butterknife.
I put the seasoned ground beef in and sprinkled some cheese on it.
Then I rolled it into a long cylinder shape.

Last step before baking: I sliced off little rolls. This amount made 11. I guess it could have made 12 if I was paying attention. Haha! :)
Then I baked them. I was watching TV and forgot them in the oven, haha! :) Some got a little crispy, but these 2 looked good for the photo shoot. Haha! :)

Yum! Fun twist for tacos! Here is another roll -- like a cinnamon roll, but pizza!
