Can I Make "Miso Carbonara?"


I saw this video from Marion's Kitchen on YouTube and it looked yummy, an interesting way to use Miso and a twist on Pasta Carbonara!

What I used:

- Barilla Protein Angel Hair

- Eggs

- Parmesan

- Miso

- Bacon


I made a smaller portion for myself.














I boiled the noodles. I made some bacon and cut it into chunks; it wasn't exactly lardons as in her video, but close enough. Haha! :) I made the carbonara sauce, which is basically eggs and parmesan with a miso twist.


I mixed it with the pasta. You have to make sure to keep the pasta moving or else you might get scrambled eggs and not carbonara! :)




Here it is! Yummy! You get some umami with the miso! It's a fun twist on Carbonara!
