Can I Make "Melting Potatoes"?

I saw this Melting Potatoes on Pinterest from familyfreshmeals.com and it looked good! I had heard or read something about "Melting Potatoes" before
August 19 is Potato Day!

I made a small quick version for myself. :)
What I used:
- Two potatoes
- Chicken ramen seasoning (like chicken bouillon to make chicken stock)
- Garlic powder (not shown)
To speed things up, I microwaved the potatoes for 3 minutes. That made it easier for me to chop it in to chunks too. I melted some butter in the microwave. Then I mixed the spices and butter together and butter together.
I put them in my little toaster oven and then I baked them until they were brown and crispy.
In the second part, you add chicken stock and then put them back in the oven. I didn't have chicken stock, so I just added some chicken ramen seasoning to water. I also forgot to add garlic before, so I added some garlic powder.
Then I baked them for a few minutes longer.
RESULT: Success! :)
We are good at this! The potatoes were crispy and soft or "melting" too! They are really good.
