Cajun Shrimp Pizza Bites
Updated: Aug 26, 2020

This is a tasty bite I came up with. I made appetizer-size portion, but you could make a bigger pizza size. :)
I used canned shrimp as I wrote about in this post:

Obviously, you could use fresh or frozen shrimp as well. :) These were tiny shrimp. If you use bigger shrimp, then you may want to cut them into smaller pieces if you are making a smaller appetizer-size portion.
Btw, looking at these guys, you wouldn't be able to tell that they were made with canned shrimp and you couldn't tell tasting them too! :)

What I used:
- Pillsbury pizza dough
- Marinara sauce
- Pepper Jack cheese (You could use mozzarella or cheddar)
- Chicken of the Sea canned shrimp (which I had drained and sauted with some salt & pepper)
- Slap Ya' Mama Cajun spice blend
I preheat oven to 400 degrees and made little pieces of dough, which I baked for 5 min. or so before assembling the bite.
I added some Slap Ya' Mama Cajun spice blend to the shrimp and mixed it together. I put some marinara sauce on each piece of dough. I added some shrimp and Pepper Jack cheese to it and then baked for 6-8 min. longer or until cheese was melted and golden brown. :)
That's it! Give it a try! We are good at this!
