Breakfast Sandwich on Garlic Butter Biscuit / Leftover Ham Series


Here is a breakfast entry for Leftover Ham Series with homemade biscuits! I made biscuits garlic infused butter to get more flavor! I also added cheddar to the scrambled eggs and caramelized the ham.

Typically when I made scrambled eggs, I usually add a little butter. Here I also added garlic infused butter for more flavor.

What I used:

- Biscuit ingredients (as in link above: flour, baking powder, ~1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk, salt, sour cream, 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic butter)

- Garlic infused butter (Private Collection)


If your dough seems wet, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour. If it seems dry, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk.



- Egg

- Tillamook Chedar

- Spiral Ham

- Vegetable oil


A way to add flavor to leftover ham is to brown it in a pan with a little oil; it really brings out the caramelization and flavor. I made scrambled eggs with garlic butter as noted above. Right before the eggs were done, I added some shredded cheddar and then covered the pan, so the cheese could melt.


Then I put it all together! Yum!
