Bisquick Sausage Gravy (5 min.) / Biscuits & Gravy (Part 2)

Again, I didn't have flour, so I decided to try Bisquick! It turned out well!

What I used:

- Bob Evans breakfast patties (ground up) ~5 oz.

- ~3 tablespoons of Bisquick mix

- 1/2 cup of whole milk.

You can add a little more Bisquick if it's too watery or add more milk if it's too thick.

Like any gravy, I sauteed the sausage. Then I added 1/2 of the Bisquick mix (a heaping tablespoon or 1 1/2 tablespoons) and mixed it in. I poured in the milk and started stirring. Then I added the rest of the Bisquick mix in (1 1/2 tablespoons).

To my surprise, it thickened up really fast! In ~1 min. instead of 10 or 15 min.

Then I spooned some on top of some biscuits! Yummy breakfast!
