Beef Brisket #1 (Herbs & Worcestershire Sauce)

I was in the mood to make Beef Brisket after watching Marvelous Mrs. Maisel again! Haha! :) I decided to make this recipe because it looked tasty, easy (made in the Instant Pot!) and I had pretty much everything in my kitchen.

Brisket tastes good any time of year, but it's a good easy hearty meal for winter.



What I used:

- 1.5-2 lb flat cut beef brisket

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

I just threw everything in there for about 1 hour 15 min. on high pressure cook. Ta da! :)

Tender Beef Brisket! Yum!
