BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese

Here's an idea I got for using leftover pulled pork from Pinterest / familyspice.com

Her post has 25+ recipes for using Pulled Pork; I did my own easy twist on one of the things on the list: BBQ pulled pork with mac & cheese! These little microwave mac & cheese cups are only 220 calories, plus a little pulled pork & BBQ sauce. It's only about 375 calories or 400 calories depending on how much pulled pork you add though. Haha! :)

As I mentioned before, I cook for myself and I like to meal prep & big batches of plain meat -- pulled pork noted here -- or chicken etc. and then I freeze them in smaller individual portions. Whenever I want to eat them, then I defrost them and I add spices for different recipes.

What I used:

- Plain pulled pork (which had been frozen, thawed and warmed up in the microwave)

- KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce

- Kraft Mac & Cheese cup



I did a quick easy version -- emphasis on quick & easy! Haha! :)










I microwaved the mac & cheese. While it was the microwave, I added some BBQ sauce to the plain pulled pork and mixed it together.













Then I just added them together. Yum! That's it! It really helps to elevate your microwave mac & cheese and another use for pulled pork. Give it a try! We are good at this!
