Bacon Cheeseburger w/ Cheesy Bread Bun

This is just a quick post for a lunch or dinner idea and there are some tips about cooking a cheeseburger on the stove like in a diner! Today is Burger Day too!
Obviously if you don't have homemade cheesy bread, then eat it with whatever bun you like or no bun at all for keto/low-carb option!
What I used:
- Omaha Steaks burger patty
- Cheddar cheese
- Hormel fully cooked bacon
- Homemade cheesy bread bun (check out that post!)
I used an Omaha Steaks burger, which I had thawed in the fridge the night before. Then I just cooked it on the stove with some oil on medium/medium-high and browned one side for a few minutes.
When I flipped it, then I added some cheese and put a pan lid on top. This helps to keep the heat in and melt the cheese faster. I wrote about this tip that I saw on TV on Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives before.

I had some Hormel fully cooked bacon which I microwaved for 30 seconds and added a couple strips on top.
Other than the homemade cheesy bread, (which actually didn't take much active work) making the burger took about 7 min. Yum!
