Bacon & Brie Chicken Sandwich / Sandwich Day
This is just a quick post with a sandwich idea in honor of Sandwich Day!
Nov. 3 is Sandwich Day!
Nothing like a good sandwich!
What I used:
- La Brea Bakery Baguette
- Valley Fresh Chicken
- Private Collection Brie
- Hormel Bacon
The chicken is already cooked and so is the bacon, so I just added them to the sandwich and covered with slices of brie. Then I toasted it in the toaster oven to melt the cheese.
(By the way, it's okay to eat the rind with brie.)
It was easy & took less than 1 min. of active work to make this yummy sandwich!
