Artichoke Dip #2

This is Artichoke dip #2. It can change based on what cheeese I have on hand. :)

Today is Artichokes Day!


What I used:

- Artichoke hearts

(I'm usually cooking for 1 or 2 people, so I like to buy jars rather than cans because then if you don't use all of them you can easily close up a jar and put it in the fridge.)

- ~3 tablespoons of Sour cream

- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese (in chunks)

- 1/4 or 1/3 cup of mozzaarella cheese

- Garlic powder

- Salt & pepper to taste

- Donkey Tortilla Chips

All I did is I cut up the artichokes and the cream cheese into smaller pieces and put everything into the dish with everything else listed in what I used.

Then I microwaved it for 90 seconds. If you microwave melt-y cheese like mozzarella too long in the microwave, it will get burned and not in a good way. :)

Then I put it in the oven to broil it, so that it get a little color on top. This step is optional.
