2-Ingredient Bagels or Easy 4-Ingredient Bagels

I saw this article on Apple News from the Food Network for 9 recipes with 3-ingredients or less and it interested me! I like simple recipes, but especially with these 2 or 3 ingredient recipes it's fun to test if they taste good. It seems unbelievable.

What I used:
- Mountain non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup of Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- ~1 or 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil (I added this in because usually I buy 5% yogurt. They were sold out when I got the yogurt. Most doughs I've made have a little fat - butter or oil, so I thought this would help it bake better)
- Not just Bagel Everything Bagel Seasoning
In this recipe, one of the 2 ingredients is self-rising flour, which I didn't have, I remembered seeing somewhere that you could make Self-Rising Flour, so I got an assist from gimmesomeoven.com from Pinterest.

So really I used 5 ingredients plus Everything Bagel Seasoning but you could leave them plain and it was all basic stuff I had. And I decided to add in a little oil myself (center photo) just because I bought the non-fat yogurt, so really it's just 4 ingredient bagels plus whatever flavor.
Here's the dough:

I made half of the dough into 2 bagels and half dough into pizza crust for a breakfast pizza. I added the Everything Bagel seasoning. Check out that post. :)

I just baked them in my toaster oven.

Ta da! :) Bagels! They are really tasty and it's a really easy recipe!
I actually think it's probably easier to do the 4-ingredient recipe (with flour, baking powder and salt) rather than having Self-Rising flour around, but either way, it's easy. :)
Give it a try! We are good at this!
